To have an idea of our location we are very close to; Wilson Botanical Park Berwick, High Street Berwick and Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre Narre Warren. Our Wellness Studio has on-site parking and a tranquil Zen Courtyard Garden to enjoy while moving from the entrance to your Treatment Room – a simple and very relaxing short stroll.

We are able to assist a few New Clients each month but Floating Cloud Therapies has fifteen years of Clients, so we do not have space to help you immediately.

Especially for the inexperienced, it is completely normal to have a whole host of questions and we are all too happy to answer any questions you may have. You will find our caring Practitioner has a lot of Clinical experience and Professional knowledge.  Meaning the total opposite of the Massage Therapists experience in a Shopping Centre, as we have studied full-time for two and a half years, to obtain our Professional Accreditation. This Professional Accreditation is necessary to treat musculoskeletal aches and pains, in order for you to be covered by the Practitioners insurance and to obtain Private Health Insurance Rebates for your Treatment.

We are not able to help New Clients on the same day this applies to either; emergency or last minute appointments. There will be a few days wait. The waiting time frame will depend upon existing bookings when you make contact.

Please do not drop-in to the Clinic without an existing booking, as we operate STRICTLY via Advance Booking.

Wellness Studio : Clinic and Gift Shop Hours are designed to help “real” people have easier access to Therapeutic Treatment after work, so you do not need to take time off work to get assistance with your healthcare.

Monday to Friday : 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Saturday : 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Sunday : Closed.

Public Holidays : Closed.

HICAPS : Private Health Insurance Rebates for Extra Coverage for Remedial Massage Therapy and Myotherapy – may apply for most major funds with the HICAPS Terminal on-site to claim your rebate on-the-spot.

Booking must be made in advance BEFORE attending Clinic.
